RESPECT

WHAT WE DO
COACHING
Coaching involves leading and guiding a team or individual players in the sport of soccer. 11PL will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, creating game strategies, and motivating players.
11PL coaches have a strong understanding of the game and the skills required to succeed, and also have good communication and leadership skills and are able to create a positive team culture.
11PL coaches have relevant certification and education, such as a coaching license or degree in sports science.
SCOUTING
Soccer scouting is the process of identifying and evaluating players with the potential to be successful at the professional level.
11PL scouts attend games, tournaments, and other events to watch and analyze players in person, using a variety of criteria such as technical ability, physical attributes, tactical understanding, and mental toughness. They may also review video footage and gather information from 11PL coaches, teammates, and other sources.
The role of the scout is to identify players with the potential to succeed at the next level and recommend them to the Pro clubs.
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCES
11PL organize international experiences with Pro Clubs starting from the target concept through all the technical aspects until the launch full event.
Playing soccer internationally can be a rewarding and enriching experience for players at all levels. It provides the opportunity to compete against top talent from other countries, learn new strategies and styles of play, and immerse oneself in different cultures.
In addition to these competitive opportunities, players may also be able to participate in international tours or exchange programs, which allow them to train and play with teams from other countries. These experiences can be organized through clubs, national governing bodies, or private organizations.
ACADEMIES
Soccer academies are specialized training programs designed with a professional patway for a special development area for young talents with training sessions dedicated to them.
11PL runs through specific aspect of player development such as technical ability, tactical understanding, or physical conditioning.
11PL academies may be open to players of all abilities, or they may be more selective and geared towards elite players with the potential to play at the professional level. Academy programs include training sessions, matches, and other activities designed to help players improve their skills and knowledge of the game.
